Description：Certepetide (CEND-1)是一种双功能环肽 (a.k.a. iRGD)，是由9个氨基酸组成的环状多肽，序列中含有一对二硫键。Certepetide是一种可穿透肿瘤的多肽，其RGD motif可与α-V整联蛋白 (alphav-integrins)相互作用，并激活神经纤毛蛋白1 (NRP-1)，从而将实体瘤微环境转化为临时药物管道。Certepetide可在肿瘤中累积，可用于胰腺癌和其他实体瘤的研究。

Certepetide (CEND-1) is a bifunctional cyclic peptide (a.k.a. iRGD), which is a cyclic peptide composed of 9 amino acids and contains a pair of disulfide bonds in its sequence. Certepetide is a peptide that can penetrate tumor, and its RGD motif can α- V integrins interact with each other and activate neurociliary protein 1 (NRP-1), thus transforming the solid tumor microenvironment into a temporary drug pipeline. Certepetide can accumulate in tumors and can be used in the research of pancreatic cancer and other solid tumors.
