二氧化氯(ClO2)被公认为高效、广谱并属于A1级安全性的新型消毒剂,广泛应用于饮用水消毒、食品安全微生物控制等领域。对于ClO2使用浓度及残留浓度的检测方法的研究日益受到人们的重视。
产品原理:
方法等效于二氧化氯现场测定法(GB/T5750-2006),水中的二氧化氯与N,N-二乙基对苯二胺(DPD)反应生成粉色,其中二氧化氯中20%的氯转化成亚氯酸盐,显色反应与水中的二氧化氯含量成正比。
测定范围:0.05-0.1-0.2-0.3-0.5-0.8-1.4-2mg/L
注:(1)水样碱度>250mg/L或酸度>150 mg/L会抑制颜色产生或者使生成的颜色褪色。
(2)溴、氯、碘、臭氧、一氯胺、锰、铬、有机胺、过氧化物等氧化态物质干扰测定。
(3)加入药剂后应在5分钟内完成比色。

Background of development
Chlorine dioxide (ClO2), which has been recognized as efficient, broad-spectrum and belong to the security of AⅠ-level, is a new type of disinfector widely used in drinking water disinfection, microbial control for food safety and other fields. In order to push the application of ClO2and meet the requirements of monitoring of environment, the research on test methods of the working concentration and the residual concentration of ClO2 is subject to attention increasingly.
Principle:
This method equals to the on-site determination of chlorine dioxide method (GB/T5750-2006). The chlorine dioxide in water samples reacts with N, N-diethyl-p-phenylene -diamine (DPD) to produce a kind of pink compound. 20% chlorine in chlorine dioxide converts into chlorite. The chromogenic reaction is proportional to the content of chlorine dioxide in water.

Quick and easy
Operating in accordance with the instructions, users can complete the analysis of the residual concentration of ClO2 in water independently without specialized training. Five minutes is enough to complete the analysis of one sample.
Accurate and reliable
Determination results with this method are in accordance with the results with the standard method. It can be used as an alternative method to the standard method.
The range of the determination: 0.05mg/L~2.0mg/L, if the concentration is out of range, please repeat the operation after appropriate dilution of the sample.
Quantitative packing
The kit can be used for 50 times. It is small, light and easy to carry.
Specification
1. Fill the round sample cell with 15ml of sample.
2. Add four drops of ClO2 (I), Cap and shake to mix .
3. Add one DPD NO.3 tablet immediately, Cap it and compare the color visually just after dissolved.
4. Put the colorimetric tube to the blank of the standard card, then lift the tube up to 1cm, observe the color in the tube from top to bottom, find out the same level in the standard card. The concentration (mg/L) level of the standard card that has the same color as the sample shows the concentration of chlorine dioxide of the sample.
Note:
(1) If the alkalinity is more than 250mg/L, or the acidity is more than 150mg/L, the generating of the color will be restrained or the color will fade.
(2) The presence of bromine, chlorine, iodine, ozone, monochloro amine, manganese, chromium, organic amines, peroxides and other oxidant will interfere the test.
(3) The color will stable for 5min.
Application areas:
This test kit can be used in analysis of residual chlorine dioxide in drinking water and other waters that have been disinfected by chlorine dioxide.
