基本定义

CoroNa Green, AM是一种具细胞膜渗透性的钠离子（Na+）指示探针。

一旦进入细胞后，经非特异性酯酶水解生成不具有膜渗透性的CoroNa Green，一旦与Na+结合，绿色荧光明显增强，但波长发生很少变化。

CoroNa Green能响应广泛的Na+浓度范围，Kd~80mM。

不同于传统的SBFI，与Na+结合后的CoroNa Green的最大吸收和发射波长分别是492nm和516nm，因此，兼容于任何能检测荧光素（Fluorescein）的仪器。

CoroNa Green, AM is a sodium ion (Na+) indicator probe with cell membrane permeability.

Once inside the cell, it is hydrolyzed by non-specific esterase to form CoroNa Green, which is membrane impermeable. When bound to Na+, the green fluorescence is significantly enhanced, with minimal change in wavelength.

CoroNa Green exhibits broad Na+ concentration response with a Kd of approximately 80 mM.

Unlike conventional SBFI, CoroNa Green exhibits maximum absorption and emission wavelengths of 492nm and 516nm respectively when bound to Na+, ensuring compatibility with all instruments capable of detecting Fluorescein.
