The run of investment in cell and gene therapies is continuing at a rapid pace, and industry publication Chemical and Engineering News recently featured Aldevron on the front cover of their latest issue (Vol. 99, No. 14) and interviewed Vijay Surapaneni, EVP Global Operations & Supply Chain.

Our growth anticipates a booming market, and we are investing heavily in expansion. Aldevron produces GMP plasmid DNA, messenger RNA (mRNA), protein and enzyme starting materials for cell and gene therapies, and vaccines. We are significantly increasing capacity this year with the opening of our 189,000 square-foot facility (pictured above), adding to our current 75,000 square-foot operation.
