Respiratory effects are uncommon but noncardiogenic pulmonary edema, may occur following significant overdose.

Nausea and vomiting occur frequently. Ileus can also occur. Concretions from sustained-release dosage forms have been found at autopsy. Bowel infarction has also been reported.

Exposure Effects
CNS depression, secondary to hemodynamic instability occurs following significant overdose. Effects may include drowsiness, confusion, and coma. Cerebral infarction has been reported.
