Applications:
Succinic Anhydride is usually used as the raw material of coatings, pharmaceuticals, synthetic resins and dyes. They have better properties of the curling resistance and waterproof for the coatings which are made from succinic anhydride. On pharmaceuticals, it is used to make Vitamin A and Sulfa drugs. On pesticides, it can be used to produce fungicides, insecticides and plant growth regulators. Succinic anhydride and its derivatives can be used as the catalyst for olefin polymerization, cross-linking agents for ester polymerization, light stabilizers for high polymers, ultraviolet absorbers, and also be used as auxiliary agents for petroleum industries. Succinic anhydride can be used to produce plasticizers, and there are also many other uses in the safety defense system.
