The company was founded in March 2019 with registered capital of RMB 66 million and plans a total investment of RMB 620 million. The project covers a total area of 200,000 square meters and is planned to be completed in three phases. The first phase covers an area of 50,000 square meters and began to construct in February 2020. The main part of the first phase has been completed. The first phase project is expected to be completed in June 2023 and put into operation in July.
