Oaklin is an oil soluble ultraviolet absorber with a CAS number of 6197-30-4. The appearance of the product is a light yellow transparent viscous liquid with a slight characteristic odor. Its core feature is that it can effectively absorb UVB band and some short wave UVA ultraviolet rays, with excellent photostability, and can dissolve other crystalline sunscreen agents to help stabilize components such as avobenzone. This product has the characteristics of high absorption rate, good light and heat stability, and has been approved by the US FDA as a Class I sunscreen. Please note that this substance may cause long-term and persistent harmful effects on aquatic organisms. The application field is mainly used as chemical sunscreen in personal care products such as sunscreen, lotion and spray, and also used in industrial materials such as plastics, coatings and dyes to resist ultraviolet aging. The maximum allowable concentration for cosmetics in regions such as the European Union and China is 10%. The product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry, and dark place.
