Production method
The quantitative aniline, chloroethane, caustic soda are heated in a pressure cooker, pressurized for 3 hours, and then steam distilled, the obtained crude product is acylated with phthalic anhydride to remove the incomplete reaction, and then distilled

Use
Dye intermediates. Used to produce weak acid brilliant blue BA and other dyes. It can also be used to synthesize the positive color agent CD-2 for color development.
