These Secondary Standards are qualified as Certified Reference Materials. Lysine is one of the main raw materials of compound amino acid injection. Due to the poor chemical stability of lysine, it was often used as lysine hydrochloride in the early stage. The content of chloride ions in the compound amino acid infusion prepared by lysine hydrochloride was high, and some patients could not adapt to it. Therefore, lysine acetate is more commonly used to formulate amino acid infusion. Examples of its applications are as follows:

1. Used to prepare 18 kinds of amino acid glucose. 18 amino acids glucose as a clear liquid, Contains L-leucine, L-proline, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, L-acetate lysine, L-threonine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan, L-histidine (n-acetyl-l-tryptophan), L-tyrosine, L-valine, L-alanine, L-serine, glycine, L-arginine, L-aspartate, L-cysteine hydrochloride Amino acid, L-glutamic acid, glucose. It can provide energy for protein synthesis, inhibit amino acid isoglycogen, and promote the full utilization of amino acids. It is more convenient and reasonable than only amino acid infusion solution. It is suitable for improving the nutritional status of patients before and after surgery, treating malnutrition caused by various diseases, and can be used as a nitrogen saving therapy to supplement nutrition.

2. Used to prepare compound amino acid injection (14AA).
