H2O2 is commonly known as hydrogen peroxide. Commercially available products are generally 30% and 3% aqueous solutions, but the concentration can reach more than 90%. When stored, it will decompose into water and oxygen, which will be accelerated by light, heat or impurities entering. A small amount of N-acetylaniline and n-acetylethoxyaniline can be added as stabilizers. Under different circumstances, there can be oxidation or reduction. It can be used as oxidant, bleach, disinfectant, dechlorination agent, and for the production of rocket fuel, organic or inorganic peroxide, foam and other porous substances.
