Applications

Antioxidant 245 is an asymmetric hindered phenol antioxidant, which is characterized by high antioxidant efficiency, low volatility, good oxidation resistance and coloring performance, and has a significant synergistic effect with auxiliary antioxidants (such as thioesters or phosphites). When used in combination with light stabilizers, 245 can give products excellent weather resistance. 245 is mainly used for the processing and long-term heat stabilizer of styrene polymers such as HIPS, ABS, MBS and engineering thermoplastic resins such as POM and PA. 245 is also an effective chain terminator in the PVC polymerization process. In addition, 245 has no effect on polymer reactions. When used in high-impact polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride, 245 can be added to the monomer before polymerization.

Storage

Antioxidant 245 is stable in nature and has no special requirements; pay attention to moisture-proof and avoid high temperature.
