Clomiphene Hydrochloride Tablets (Anafinil) is a tricyclic antidepressant whose main function is to block the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin in the central nervous system and block the reuptake of serotonin. The effect is stronger, and it exerts antidepressant and anti-anxiety effects, and also has sedative and anticholinergic effects.
Function
1. Combination of this product and sutopride may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmia. In severe cases, torsades de pointes arrhythmia can be caused.
2. This product is combined with ethanol or other central nervous system inhibitors to enhance the central nervous system inhibitory effect.
3. Combining this product with epinephrine and norepinephrine can easily cause paroxysmal hypertension and arrhythmia.
4. This product is used in combination with clonidine, the latter's antihypertensive effect is weakened.
5. Combining this product with anticonvulsants can reduce the effect of anticonvulsants.
6. Combining this product with fluoxetine or fluvoxamine can increase the plasma concentration of both, causing convulsions and increased adverse reactions.
7. When this product is used in combination with atropine, adverse reactions will increase.
