L-Carnosine is a dipeptide (two amino acids) often found in organs and tissues such as the brain, heart, skin, muscles, kidneys and stomach. L-carnosine can activate cells in the human body and resist aging through two mechanisms: inhibiting glycation and protecting our cells from damage by chemical free radicals.
