Berberine hydrochloride is an antibacterial drug, has a broad spectrum of antibacterial effects, in vitro to a variety of gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria have antibacterial effects, including hemolytic streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio cholerae, meningococcus, shigella and typhoid bacteria, etc. It also has certain inhibitory effect on influenza virus, amoeba, leptospira and some skin fungi. In vitro experiments confirmed that this product can enhance the swallowing capacity of leukocyte and hepatic reticuloendothelial system. Shigella, hemolytic streptococcus, staphylococcus aureus and so on are easy to develop resistance to this product.
Pharmacokinetics
