Use of Baclofen
Baclofen is a gamma-amino-butyric acid (GABA) derivative used as a skeletal muscle relaxant.Target: GABA ReceptorBaclofen, a lipophilic analog of gamma-aminobutyric acid, is clinically used to control spasticity.
