Function&Application

2.It is a polypeptide antibiotic bacitracin, against gram positive bacteria has a bactericidal effect, the main mechanism is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial cell walls, but also with the cell membrane and the sensitive bacteria, the integrity of the cell membrane damage, leading to intracellular material outflow.
