Azithromycin is an antibiotic drug widely used in clinical practice. It has the advantages of broad antibacterial spectrum, little irritation to the gastrointestinal tract, and fast oral absorption.
Antimicrobial Spectrum:
(1) Gram-positive aerobic bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes (group A β-hemolytic streptococcus), pneumococcus, α-hemolytic streptococcus (group A viridans streptococcus) and other chains coccus, diphtheria (coryneform) bacilli.
(2) Gram-negative aerobic bacteria, such as Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, catarrhal bacteria, Acinetobacter, Yersinia, Legionella pneumophila, Bordetella pertussis, Bordetella parapertussis, Shigella, Pasteurella, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, P. The activities against Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhi, Enterobacter, Aeromonas hydrophila and Klebsiella are not the same, and a sensitivity test is required.
(3) Anaerobic bacteria, such as Bacteroides, Clostridium perfringens, Peptococcus, Peptostreptococcus, Fusobacterium necrosis, Propionibacterium acnes.
(4) Sexually transmitted disease microorganisms, such as Chlamydia trachomatis, Treponema pallidum, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Haemophilus Duke.
(5) Other microorganisms, such as Borrelia (Lyme pathogen), Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma urea, Campylobacter, and Listeria monocytogenes. Azithromycin is cross-resistant to erythromycin-resistant Gram-positive bacteria and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus strains. Gram-positive bacteria such as Proteus, Serratia, Morganella, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are usually resistant.
Indications:
This product is suitable for the treatment of the following infection symptoms caused by sensitive bacteria:
1. It is used for acute pharyngitis, acute tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes, sinusitis, acute otitis media, acute bronchitis and acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis caused by sensitive bacteria.
2. For pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Bacillus influenzae and Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
3. For urethritis, cervicitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease caused by Chlamydia and non-multidrug-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and simple genital infection not caused by multidrug-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae (co-infection with Treponema merceli must be excluded) .
4. For skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria.
