Applications
Antioxidant 5057 is often combined with hindered phenolic main antioxidants, such as antioxidants 1135, 1520 or liquid phosphate to play an excellent thermal oxidation resistance role in the heat generated by the production of foamed polyurethane. In the exothermic reaction between polyol and diisocyanate Materials can be protected in a timely and effective manner during the reaction. At the same time, this product can also protect polyols during storage and transportation; it has a significant protective effect on the core burning phenomenon caused by polyol foaming. This product is highly efficient and can ensure that polyols do not undergo thermal degradation during production, processing and storage, even at low concentrations. When soft foamed polyurethane is used in industries such as automobile manufacturing, furniture and fiber fabrics, its low volatility will avoid color stains on fabrics. Antioxidant 5057 can also be used in other polymers such as rubbers, adhesives and other organic substrates. Antioxidant 5057 is a liquid aromatic amine antioxidant that has unique liquid dispersibility to enhance ease of use.
