Liuid Sucralose is an intensely sweet, alear, colorless liquid made with FCC grade Niutang powder Sucralose. It functions as a nonnutritive sweetener/flavor enhancer. Liquid Sucralose can only be used in applications where the product or manufactured goods has a PH of 7.0 or lower. For baked goods the PH cannot be higner than8.0.

Sucralose is the low-calorie sweetener that appears white crystalline powder and
is made from natural sugar. In 1990, Sucralose was approved by the WHO/FDA of using
the brand name of “Sucralose” to publicize and sell on the world. In 1998,it was approved
by FDA in foods and beverages then extended to more than 40 countries in during
Canada, Australia, and China. It was approved by the ministry of health of the people’s
republic of China in 1997.

1. Sucralose is 600-800 times sweeter than sugar and 3 times sweeter than Aspartame.
