生产方法

(1) 3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酰氯的制备将26mL甲苯、90g (0.54mol,99%)3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酸、4g二甲基甲酰胺加入反应瓶中，搅拌，升温至60℃，并于6h内滴加78g(99%，0.64mol)亚硫酰氯，滴毕继续反应30min，减压脱甲苯及残余的亚硫酰氯，得86g3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酰氯。中间体3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酸可以通过3-硝基-2-甲基苯甲酸经还原、重氮化、甲氧基化制得。也可通过2,6-二氯甲苯经甲氧基化、氰化、水解得到。3,5-二甲基苯甲酰氯的制备将80mL甲苯、208g (98%，1.36mol)3,5-二甲基苯甲酸，搅拌，升温至55℃，于1h内滴加亚硫酰氯236g (99%，1.97mol），滴毕升温，于80℃反应5h，反应结束减压脱去甲苯，得210g 3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酰氯。N-(3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酰基）-N‘-叔丁基肼的制备将叔丁基肼盐酸盐130g(95%,1mol)悬浮于600mL二氯甲烷中，降温搅拌，滴加40%NaOH溶液100g (1mol)，搅拌30min。于0℃滴加46g(0.25mol)3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酰氯溶于200mL二氯甲烷的溶液，同时于0℃滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液30g(0.3mol)，控制滴加速度使两者同时滴完，滴毕升至室温，搅拌过夜。水洗、干燥、脱溶，得N-（3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酰基）-N'-叔丁基肼56g，用正己烷-乙酸乙酯重结晶得白色针状晶体。甲氧虫酰肼的合成将48g (0.2mol)N-(3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酰基）-N'-叔丁基肼和200mL甲苯加入反应瓶中，搅拌，降至0℃，滴加35g(95%,0.2mol)3,5-二甲基苯甲酰氯的100mL甲苯溶液，同时滴加20g(40%,0.2mol)氢氧化钠溶液，滴加温度<5℃，控制滴加速度使两者同时滴毕，室温反应2h，过滤、水洗得白色固体66g，用乙醚-甲醇重结晶得白色甲氧虫酰肼。
制备方法二通过噁二唑开环法制得。
制备方法三通过氨基保护制得。

用途

二芳酰肼类昆虫生长调节剂，蜕皮激素类杀虫剂，干扰昆虫的正常生长发育、抑制摄食。主要用于蔬菜和农田作用，防治蔬菜（瓜类、茄果类）、苹果、玉米、棉花、葡萄、猕猴桃、核桃、花卉、甜菜、茶叶及大田作物（水稻、高粱、大豆）等作物上的鳞翅目害虫。尤其对幼虫和卵有特效。对益虫、益螨安全，具有触杀、根部内吸等活性。对环境友好。推荐施用量为20～30g有效成分/hm2。
