Characteristics ODPA is soluble in benzene, acetone, gasoline, dichloroethane and carbon disulfide, but insoluble in water. Its melting point is not lower than 75°C.
Applications ODPA is used as antioxidant for NR, SBR and CR. It can resist energy, oxygen, yield and gap whether rubber compounds is reinforced by carbon black or not. It can obviously resist hot shortness in CR, and improve ozone-resistance. Mainly used for manufacturing tires, inner tubes, cables, rubber belts, rubber shoes, rubber floor, gasket and sponge products etc.. 0.5-2.0 phr is recommended.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.
Storage Storein a cool, dry, well-ventilated areaaway fromsunlight.
