Characteristics MBZ is non-toxic, bitter and odorless. Its density is 1.63~1.64g/cm3, melting point is above 300℃(depositing). It is soluble in acetone and alcohol, slightly soluble in water, benzene and gasoline.
Applications MBZ is mainly used as a antiager for rubber. Its properties is similar to MB, but it improves some defects of MB, such as, extend and keep protection time, prevent Cu2+ harm combined with thiazols and reduce instability of latex. Usually, it has good effect when used by combining with other antiager. MBZ is good heat sensitizer and gelatinizer in latex. Generally the usage is 2.0 phr.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.
Storage Storein a cool, dry, well-ventilated areaaway fromsunlight.
