Characteristics BLE is soluble in acetone, benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide and alcohol, and slightly soluble in water. It is non-toxic.
Applications BLE is general rubber antiager, and resists heat, oxygen, ozone, yield and climate. It won't affect vulcanized rubber, has good dispersion in rubber compounds, and is useful for rubber flowability. Applicable for NR and kinds of synthetic rubber. Widely used for manufacturing tyres, inner tubes, rubber hoses, rubber belts and other rubber products, also as stabilizer for synthetic rubber. BLE is combined with white carbon black or calcium carbonate to form solid BLE-W or solid BLE-C. BLE brings stain, so it is not applicable for product exposure to sunlight and for white or colored products. General dosage is 1.0~2.0. Even 4.0, BLE won’t bloom. Usually, BLE works with other antiager.
Packaging BLE-W or BLE-C: coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.BLE liquid: plastic buckets, net weight 200Kg/bucket.
Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlight.
Safety and toxicity Refer to the MSDS.
