Characteristics
Vulcanizing agent (CLD) (replace DTDM and sulfur), Caprolactam Disulfide.
There will be carcinogenic nitrosamines releasing by combination of secondary amine molecular fragments (morpholino, dimethylamino, diethylamino, dibutylamino, diamylamino ), which are releasing by cracking of DTDM and thiuram products when under vulcanizing temperature, and nitroso donor.
There is no carcinogenic nitrosamines releasing in the DTDC vulcanization, with highly international concern, which is the best substitute of vulcanizing agents, like DTDM and disulfide or hexasulfide thiuram.
Applications
DTDC is a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, especially for low sulfur vulcanization, salt bath vulcanization, injection moulding and for vulcanization of thick-walled products.
