Characteristics Rubber accelerator TDEC(TEL) is soluble in chloroform, benzene and carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in alcohol and gasoline, and insoluble in water. Its density (on 20℃) is 1.48 g/cm3.
Applications It is especially applicable for BR and EPDM, and has fast curing. It can be used with thiazole or sulfenamine. It won’t result in discolouring, staining and blooming during manufacturing. Widely used for making inner tube of tyres, soft tube, isolating layer of wire and cable, rubberized fabric, moulded goods and industrial products resistance to heat etc.. TDEC(TEL) is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under BgVV XXI, Category 4.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.
