Applications
UV absorber 1577 can be used in PC, polyester, modified PPE, and polymer alloys such as PC/ABS, PC/PBT.
1577 can be used in transparent plastics, translucent plastics, and colored polymer materials. When there is a small amount of catalyst residue in the polymer material, the antagonism of 1577 with these catalyst residues is very small, and abnormal phenomena such as discoloration will not occur. When polymer products require higher light aging resistance, this product will cause abnormal phenomena such as discoloration. When polymer products require higher light aging resistance, this product has good compatibility with the substrate and is not easy to precipitate and volatilize. Customers can add it to the material in a higher proportion for testing. Theoretically, the application effect will be better when 1577 is used in combination with other antioxidants and light stabilizers.
Storage
UV absorber 1577 is stable in nature and has no special requirements; pay attention to moisture-proof and avoid high temperature.
Recommended Concentrations
0.2%~6.0% (the specific amount to be added is subject to the actual application of the customer).
