Baclofen

Baclofen, also known as baclofen, baclofen, and Liluxin, is a drug with the names of Jishu, Lioretin, and Chlorophenylaminobutyric acid γ- A derivative of aminobutyric acid, an antispasmodic drug, used as a skeletal muscle relaxant and sedative in the brain and spinal cord of the central nervous system. It inhibits the release of excitatory amino acids such as glutamic acid and aspartic acid by stimulating receptors, thereby inhibiting the transmission of monosynaptic and polysynaptic reflexes in the brain and spinal cord of the central nervous system, thereby playing an antispasmodic role.
