Flibanserin, a drug used to boost female xingyu, reduces serotonin, which inhibits sexual arousal, in order to increase arousal
Sexual dopamine levels.
Indications and uses
Flibanserin is suitable for acquired, universal activity reduction of Xingyu disorder (HSDD) when characterized by low sexual desire
Distress or interpersonal difficulties and not due to the treatment of premenopausal women:
(1) A co-existing medical or mental condition,
(2) Inter-relationship problems, or
⑶ the effects of a drug or other pharmaceutical substance.
Restrictions on use:
Flibanserin is not indicated for the treatment of HSDD in postmenopausal women or in men
Dosage and administration method
⑴ * The dose is 100 mg once daily at bedtime
⑵ Flibanserin is given before bedtime because administration during hours of consciousness is associated with hypotension, fainting, accidental injury, and moderate blood pressure
Risk of depression of the Axial nervous system (CNS)
⑶ If there is no improvement after 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment will be terminated

Warnings and precautions
(1) Flubanserin alone for hypotension and fainting: Patients with pre-syncope should lie on their back immediately and seek help promptly
Seek medical help if symptoms do not resolve.
⑵ Central nervous system (CNS) depression (e.g., drowsiness, sedation) may occur with flibanserin alone. Exacerbated by increased concentrations of other inhibitors and flibanserin. Patients should avoid need-wide alerting activities (e.g., operating machinery until at least 6 hours after each dose and until they know how flibanserin affects them.
