Detailed application:
1.Industrial grade:
(1). Produce paint and blue ink.
(2). Tannic acid has the activity of reacting with proteins, polysaccharides, alkaloids, microorganisms, enzymes and metal ions. It can be used for tanning raw leather and transforming it into leather. It has the characteristics of anti-oxidation, capturing free radicals, bacteriostasis and derivatization.
(3). Tannic acid can combine with protein to form water-insoluble tannin protein. Therefore, adding tannic acid to shampoo can prevent the dissolution of hair fiber protein and protect hair. Using tannic acid in nail products can increase nail strength. For skin care products, it can prevent sun and brighten the skin.
(4). It is used in the process of water treatment and has the functions of flocculation, deoxidation, scale inhibition and sterilization.
(5). It can be used as viscosity reducer and fluid loss reducer of water-based drilling fluid, and can improve the quality of filter cake.
2.Food grade:
(1). Used as food antioxidant. It is generally used after mixing with vitamin E, vitamin C or gallic acid.
(2). Used as clarifier of low alcohol wine and fruit wine.
3.Pharmaceutical grade:
Tannic acid has astringency and antibacterial properties. It is clinically used to treat local bleeding. It can be used in toothpaste to protect teeth and prevent gum bleeding.
