CERESIN WAX nature:
Microcrystalline wax is odorless, odorless, white amorphous solid wax. It is a kind of long-chain hydrocarbon with high boiling point obtained by solvent extraction and chemical treatment from the residue after petroleum fractionation. It is mainly composed of c31-70 branched saturated hydrocarbon and a small amount of cyclic and branched hydrocarbon. Its melting point is 60-85 ℃. It is miscible with various mineral wax, vegetable wax and hot fatty oil. This kind of wax is granular, ductile and not fragile at low temperature. When mixed with liquid oil, it has the characteristics of preventing oil separation. The microcrystalline wax with melting point of 77-80 ℃ is ductile, similar to soft wax. The microcrystalline wax with melting point of 88-90 ℃ is hard and looks like montan wax (lignite wax)
CERESIN WAX purpose:
Microcrystalline wax can be used as nutrition fortifier, emulsifier, coating agent and lubricant. Microcrystalline wax has good oil absorption performance, can form stable and uniform paste with a variety of solvents and waxes, and has emulsibility. It can be used as processing aids for shoe polish, car wax, polishing wax, floor wax, polishing wax, Chinese medicine pill, protective agent, candle, wax toys, dental materials and cosmetics. In addition, the use of the raw material in the wax paper formula can make the writing clear and improve the abrasion resistance significantly. Microcrystalline wax has a wide range of uses. It is the latest achievement of synthetic wax in the 1990s. It can replace the imported solid wax and reduce the cost by about 50%. It has good adhesion and ductility, and is not fragile at low temperature. Adding liquid oil can prevent oil from being analyzed. It can be used as an oil phase material for cold cream, lipstick and wax in cosmetics.
