Azodicarbonamide chemical property：
Yellow powder. Odorless. Soluble in alkali and dimethyl sulfoxide, insoluble in alcohol, gasoline, benzene, pyridine and water.
Azodicarbonamide purpose:
1.Wheat flour processing agent; baking food fast starter. At low dosage, wheat flour can be oxidized safely and rapidly to improve the physical properties of dough and the structure of high gluten dough.
2.Azodicarbonamide can be used as flour treatment agent. According to the regulation of China, it can be used for wheat flour with the maximum dosage of 0.045g/kg.
3.General purpose foaming agent with large gas generation capacity. It is widely used in PVC, polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, nylon-6, chloroprene rubber and other synthetic materials, and so on. In these applications, polyethylene accounts for 25-30% and PVC 15-20%.
