Extracted with ethyl acetate, n-butanol; ethyl acetate extract, Al2O3 (neutral) column chromatography, chloroform-methanol gradient elution, chloroform-methanol (4:1) elution by ethyl acetate-methanol recrystallization, to obtain the compound 3 (200mg); 3:1 elution of the part of the preparative thin-layer chromatography (stationary phase: silica gel GF254; mobile phase: chloroform-methanol = 5:1) obtained Compound 1 (10mg); the methanol eluted portion was separated by preparative high performance liquid chromatography (ODS, methanol/water=31:69, detection at 242nm) to obtain Turkestanone (5mg).
