9-[4-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl) phenyl]-N3, N3, N6, N6-tetraphenyl-9H-carbazole-3,6-diamine (DACT-II) is a bipolar TADF green emitter with electron deficient diphenyltriazine and electron rich 3,6-diphenylaminocarbazole units, joined by a phenyl π linker. Compared with the parent structure of Cab-Ph-Trz, which serves as a phosphorescent host material for green and red OLEDs, DACT-II is more electron-rich with two extra sets of biphenylamines on the 3,6-positions of carbazole.
