An Acetanilide and Anisole derivative metabolite by liver. It is used to produce (5-fluoro-2-methoxy-phenyl)-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-methanone by reaction with 4-trifluoromethyl-benzonitrile. The reaction occurs with reagent Mg and solvent diethyl ether with other condition of heating for 2 hours. The yield is about 82%.
