Matlystatin A is an aminopeptidase inhibitor. It expresses multiple inhibitory activity against both aminopeptidase N and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP).
Uses
Matlystatin A is a potent aminopeptidase inhibitor, with IC50 values of 0.3 μM and 0.56 μM against 92 kDa and 72 kDa type IV collagenases, respectively. Matlystatin A can be utilized in cancer research[1].
