Description
N-(Azido-PEG3)-N-Boc-PEG4-acid can undergo Click Chemistry with Propargyl, BCN or DBCO reagents. Boc group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. Carboxylic acid (CO2H) group is reactive with primary amino groups in the presence of EDCor HATU.
