8-Oxo-N2-isobutyryl-2’-deoxyguanosine is a derivative of 8-Oxo-2’-deoxyguanosine (O850250), which is a marker compound indicative of DNA damage associated with mutagenesis and carcinogenesis. It can also induce differentiation of Friend murine erythroleukemia cells in vitro.
