NCP-biotin peptide (non-cyclized) is a biotinylated and non-cyclized version of non-citrullinated peptide (NCP).1 The sequence corresponds to amino acids 447-467 of human filaggrin but contains Q447H, S449C, G459R, E460G, and S462C substitutions.
