2,5-DBrBCB, chemically known as 2,5-dibromobicyclo[4.2.0]octa-1,3,5-triene, is a material intermediate that can be used to prepare the CS-BCB monomer. The cured CS-BCB resin exhibits excellent dielectric, mechanical and thermal properties and is widely used in high-performance electronic interlayer materials^[1].
