Sparstolonin B 作为选择性 TLR2 和 TLR4 拮抗剂，选择性阻断 TLR2 和 TLR4 介导的炎症信号传导。Sparstolonin B 具有抗 HIV 和抗癌活性。

Sparstolonin B (1-20 µM; 2-4 days) inhibits cell growth and viability of neuroblastoma cells.
Sparstolonin B inhibits TLR ligand-induced cytokine expression in mouse macrophages. Sparstolonin B inhibits MyD88 recruitment to TLR4 and TLR2.
Sparstolonin B generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) in neuroblastoma cells. Sparstolonin B reduces expression of N-myc in neuroblastoma cells.
Cell Viability Assay
