Rivanicline (RJR-2403; (E)-Metanicotine) 是神经元烟碱受体(neuronal nicotinic receptor) 的抑制剂，对 α4β2 亚型有高度选择性，Ki 为 26 nM，比对 α7 受体的抑制性高超过1000倍。
