Wedeloside is a diterpenoid amino glycoside isolated from the plant Wedelia asperrima. Wedeloside is capable of inhibiting ADP-stimulated respiration in mitochondria and possesses potential anti-tumor activity. Wedeloside is applicable in drug development and toxicological research[1].
