ChEBI: Fenadiazole is a biaryl that is phenol which is substituted at position 2 by a 1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl group. Formerly used as a hypnotic drug. It has a role as a sedative. It is a member of 1,3,4-oxadiazoles, a member of phenols and a biaryl.
