Fast Sulphon Black F (Technical Grade) is a complexometric indicator, used for titrations. Fast Sulphon Black F is used for titrations with EDTA. It may appear purple with a copper complexation and change to green with EDTA. Fast Sulphon Black F may also be used as a stain.

4-Aminonaphthalene-1-sulfonic acid diazo, in alkaline conditions and 4-Amino-5-hydroxynaphthalene-2,7-disulfonic acidcoupling, its product to diazo, and Naphthalen-2-ol coupling.
