Guanylurea phosphate (GUP), which is synthesized with dicyandiamide and phosphoric acid (PA), was shown to be highly effective as a fire retardant in wood to resist combustion and smoke release. Nitrogen phosphorus boron flame retardant is the main flow of current wood fire retardant, and Koppers companies just proposed timber early in 1961 to be had Machine fire retardant guanylurea phosphate[1].
Guanylurea phosphate is a kind of new timber organic fire-retardant.
A preparation method of guanylurea phosphate is shown below:(1) dicyandiamide is stirred with purified water;(2) it is slowly warmed up to a dicyandiamide whole dissolution filter;(3) phosphoric acid is added dropwise into the system;(4) insulation a period starts cool crystallization, centrifugation, drying and packaging. Centrifuge mother liquor recycling in production. Specifically, input 100 Kg dicyandiamides and 200 Kg purified water mix, after being sufficiently stirred in a kettle, are then warmed to system 80 ℃ so that phosphate aqueous solution is added dropwise. Drop rate control, 100L/h, is added dropwise. Then, the reactor slowly warmed up to 100 ℃ 8h is incubated; the system is cooled to less than 20 ℃ after insulation and starts to centrifuge; the solid ethanol rinse centrifuged, the mesh of drying Product 192Kg is marked, it is 80.6% that total recovery, which reaches, and detection purity is 99.4%.
