Etioporphyrin I Nickel is a platinum (II) based porphyrin porphyrin with the potential to be a transistor. Acts as a catalyst in metal porphyrins for hydrocarbon cracking or hydrogenation.
Ni-EP can be used to fabricate a field effect transistor (FET).
Nickel can be removed from nickel etioporphyrin (Ni-EP) by using supercritical water (SCW) at a temperature of 500°C and a pressure of 50MPa.
