8.15 g (97%, 0.042 mol) of 3,4-dichlorophenylboronic acid are initially charged in 50 g of water and 50 g toluene. Subsequently, 18.7 g (0.085 mol) of potassium phosphate and 8.2 g (98%, 0.042 mol) of 2-bromo-4-fluoroaniline are added. After blanketing with nitrogen, 0.014 g (0.00002 mol) of 1,1'-bis(di-test-butyl phosphine) ferrocene palladium dichloride is added, and the mixture is stirred for two hours at 79-81° C. The organic phase is separated and evaporated under reduced pressure, leaving 10.5 g of an oil-crystallized 2-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)-4-fluoroaniline.
