m-PEG6-Ms is a PEG linker containing a mesyl group. The mesyl group is a good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The water solubility properties of the PEG chain are enhanced with longer PEG chains.
m-PEG5-MS is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. m-PEG5-MS is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1].
