Ilexgenin A (20 mg/kg) ameliorates the AOM/DSS induced carcinogenesis. Ilexgenin A can regulate lipid metabolism. Ilexgenin A decreases the expression of SREBP-1 and HIF 1α in AOM/DSS mice[1].
